What About Cannabis?

Burning

Smoking has always been the most popular way to consume cannabis, and it's easy enough to find something to use for it. It invites people to be social as well as open the mind and relieve stress, among other benefits. Negative side effects include lung damage, dizziness, and drowsiness.

Eating

Edibles have been on the rise for a while now and are often preferred by older users and those with asthma due to discretion and variety. Consuming marijuana through digestion allows it to slowly find its way to the bloodstream, which is why it will take up to two hours to take effect. One of the common side effects is overdosing due to the extended wait time which can cause users to become drowsy, absent minded, or nauseous.

What About Cannabis?

Absorbing

Tinctures are a less known form of marijuana that is an alcoholic extraction of the chemicals from the cannabis. Depending on the amount of THC, this can be one of the most impactful ways of consumption because it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. They're not as obvious as smoking but will deliver a stronger sense of euphoria. Common side effects include drowsiness, headaches, and paranoia.
